- For Frost Fatui Operatives, continue along the road to encounter another patrolling operative near a Fatui camp.
- To find the last Frost Fatui Operative, use the nearby teleport point to the northwest and head north along the designated route. You’ll come across the final operative on a cliff.
Fontaine Research Institute
If you’re targeting the standalone Fatui Operatives, here’s how to locate them:
- Teleport to the most northeastern teleport point north of the Central Laboratory Ruins to find the first standalone operative in a small camp.
- To locate the last standalone operative, teleport to the point north of the New Fontaine Research Institute. Head northeast through the valley to find the operative perched on a cliff near the regional borders.
