The user by the name shmooze1988 found a window that when broken shows a toilet facing the outside, it brings a massive controversy for the privacy of the person using this toilet. There were certain other comments raised in this topic which states that why would a toilet in an embassy would face a window?
This completely drags some players from the immersion of the game, as this portion of the map is designed in an unrealistic manner. Some of the Modern Warfare 2 maps have secret Easter eggs for fans, but fans think that it was more of a mistake rather than a funny Easter egg.
Adding this some players have commented with funny things in the comment section of the post which claims that they have never seen the flaw, while others say that they consistently find players camping in that same spot.
