New things is being introduced to the game as part of the Fortnite update v25.20. Since the Summer Escape update v25.11, which was almost a month ago, this is the first significant upgrade. Having said that, it is hoped that this update will give the game new life and offer players something to look forward to. A few things are reportedly expected to be visible in-game, according to leakers and data miners.
Fans of both shows are incredibly enthusiastic about the recent collaboration between Fortnite and Futurama, which was just announced. It will come as no surprise to see a cooperation with Futurama this time around considering how frequently Fortnite has worked with well-known companies and franchises in the past.
Some skins and space weapons in the game may be inspired by the new Futurama Collaboration
Futurama-inspired combat skins combined with space weapons in the game will be among the new material that the new collaboration with Futurama will undoubtedly bring to the game’s players and fans. American animated science-fiction sitcom Futurama became well-known among its audience because of the distinctive humor it featured.

Mammoth Pistol

A New Reality Augmentation
The game’s release of the Mammoth Pistol coincides with the addition of a new Reality Augment called Pistol Recycle. There is a possibility that players’ pistol shots won’t use any ammunition when they activate this augment.
The previously unavailable Desperate Reload Reality Augment has been reintroduced along with the arrival of Pistol Recycle. When equipped, this Augment makes it possible for Pistols to reload more quickly when the clip is empty.
Additionally, in version 25.20, a brand-new Reality Augment called Scoped Salvo was unveiled. Players’ scoped weapons will do more damage when they engage Scoped Salvo, but they will fire at a slower rate.
Unvaulted Lever Action Shotgun
The Lever Action Shotgun is an unvaulted weapon that players can use to turn the tide of a battle in their favor. It can be found on the ground, in common and uncommon chests, holo-chests, flying drones, and POIs, among other places. The Maven Auto Shotgun is no longer widely available; instead, it may only be purchased through Characters in light of the Lever Action Shotgun’s comeback.
Note for Flare Gun
The regular Flare Gun was kept in the vault together with the Firework Flare Gun as Summer Escape came to an end. The Flare Gun is still not available in the game as of version 25.20.
Over time Fortnite has Collaborated with many Different Franchises
These kinds of partnerships are nothing new for Fortnite, as they have successfully worked together in the past with even the most unlikely franchises. We had no idea that so many characters from other games would show up in the battle royale.
Whether it’s the Autobot leader Optimus Prime or the battle kin Dragonborn, they have all recently been believed to be participating in the battle royale. It is safe to say that at this time, our partnership with Futurama does not surprise us.
