Adding this the leaker also stated that this will be a limited part of the map, and it will not be a part of the Golden Apple Archipelago event. According to some fans, the creation of this region is for the famous Mondstadt traveler named Alice.
The official storyline has revealed that to ensure Alice’s daughter Klee had a memorable summer vacation Alice arranged the first GAA event. This will probably be the last ever map expansion before the new Fontaine nation arrives. The leak reveals that the new island will feature a storyline that will be related to the Hydro nation, which makes many players to believe that the limited region could be used to serve as a bridge between Liyue and Fontaine.
Credible leakers said that Genshin Impact update 3.8 will also add new four-star character from Inazuma which gives us an idea that the main story could head back to the Electro nation. Over the past couple of months the leaks pointing out new playable characters, which include the Hydro Archon Focalors.
In the new major update, a new character named Wriothesly will appear who may be the first roster addition in the major update, who is expected to be a cryo user. According to some recent leaks, the next update 3.6 will also add a new Sumeru region which is expected to be the final part that will fulfill and complete the Dendro nation.
