A well-known character serves as the campaign’s boss in Destiny 2 Lightfall. The previous emperor Calus has returned and is now employed by the Witness. At the conclusion of the most recent narrative in this space-faring MMO, he stands between the Guardians and their objective of bringing the Darkness to the cosmos.

But, in Destiny 2 Lightfall, Calus won’t give up easily. The Final Boss of this campaign of Destiny 2 Lightfall story can be defeated due to the gamers’ many new tools and weapons. In the event of failure, the entire Sol System may be consumed by the might of Darkness.
Recommended Equipment
In a circular arena, you will finally face Calus in this battle. More general advice and recommendations for Exotic armour can be found in our Lightfall Legendary campaign guide, but for weapons in this fight, I’d suggest the Osteo Striga a void fusion rifle, and a linear fusion rifle. When it comes to dealing with the numerous opponents you will run through and harming Calus, Osteo Striga excels. The fusion rifle is useful for taking off stronger opponents including those with green shields, as well as melting the over-shield that Calus occasionally obtains.
Making use of Strand
The ability to equip strands before a battle may seem like a disadvantage at times, but in my opinion, it’s crucial. Being shot by Calus and crew is not the fight’s primary hazard; rather, it’s being eliminated from the map. Strand’s grapple has some clutch-to-save abilities, so activating it when you’re about to fall to your death will give you a chance to stop yourself. Because of this, it’s critical that your grapple cooldown is always available. Avoid using it unless you’re particularly grappling to a Tangle (in which case the cooldown is immediately reset).

How to defeat Calus
As the final opponent in the main quest of Destiny 2 Lightfall, Calus will start firing shots at you and your tea, with a huge weapon. You will want to stay away from him and just use whatever powerful, long-range weapons you have. Calus has a ton of powerful AOE (Area of Effect) strikes that will lead directly to your and your Fireteam’s destruction. Don’t be afraid to use Strand’s grappling capability to get away if you need to.
Phase 2 will begin after you exhaust Calus’s health supply, The Veil will form an arena in the centre, and you will be forced to engage him head-on. Calus now acts like a gladiator and can bring up a shield again. Avoid his melee attacks at all costs, therefore use the grappling mechanism to get out of the way.

Launch your heaviest, most powerful assaults. Aim for Destiny 2: Lightfall Final Boss while avoiding the tormentors. Also, you should dodge the Tormentor’s suppression strike since if you are caught, Calus will probably kill you.
At this stage of the conflict, there are no additional tactics or secrets. Just keep doing the damage and keep Calus’s strikes at bay. As long as you don’t approach him, he has nothing remarkable.
There will be much to do once you have defeated him. You can begin developing exotics like the Winterbite, get the Strand subclass unlocked, and more. Gamers are getting closer to the conclusion of the current storyline thanks to the release of Destiny 2 Lightfall.
