Marvel Spider-Man 2: Peter Parker and Miles Morales may be seen back in action in Marvel’s all-new Spider-Man 2 this September. Though there’s no official news about the release month of Spider-Man 2 but Venom voice actor Tony Todd might have recently slipped off the news on Twitter about the next PlayStation 5 exclusive launch plans.
Tony Todd’s Twitter Post About Marvel’s Spider-Man 2
On Twitter, Tony Todd showed that he was inside of a “mocap mainframe,” which is only for Spider-Man 2. Then he replied to someone expressing their excitement about the next sequel, adding this Todd also revealed the target month for the release of Spider-Man 2. Todd said that the game might be releasing on September 2023.
On Twitter, he wrote, “Looks like September! Massive publicity coming in August commercials start dropping in august so I’m told. Hold on to your … and hold breath! Gonna be necessary.”
After writing on Twitter about Marvel’s Spider-Man 2’s intended release date and marketing plans, he said there’d be “no more hints” and posted a photo of himself where he was spotted in a swimming pool. Adding this he quoted, “My lips are now underwater.”
Todd may be likely face some trouble for this tweet, but he’s word is not exactly unveiling anything. Of course he mentioned about September as a release date doesn’t mean that the game will hit the market exactly that month.
But sony has some plans and has a month in mind, but all thanks to Todd for making that information public. Definitely he has signed a contract which instructs him not to leak anything.

In December, Sony said that they are planning to launch Spider-Man 2 in the fall of this year. After the events of Spider-Man and Spider-Man: Miles Morales this PS5 game is currently a hot topic to talk with.
A couple of months ago, developer Insomniac Games stated that the game was making “Good Progress” and on its way to release on 2023
Marvel Games vice president creative Bill Rosemann compared Spider-Man 2 with Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back. Following this he added this title “gets a little darker.” Previously the sequel was first revealed back in 2021.
As per reports, more than this game developer Insomniac Games is currently working on project Marvel’s Wolverine also.
